Delivering exceptional care to the members by working with each client to design a plan of care to reduce health disparities and diseases. Members will have exceptional service by having same day or next day appointments, expanded procedures done in office. Labs and procedures in office at no additional or minimal charge. Designing a new healthcare experience.

Continuing Nurse Week with another incredible nurse on our team 🤍✨

Meet Emmalea! She has spent 8 years in the medical field, and has been a nurse for a full year now! With that Emmalea brings both fresh perspective and seasoned experience into everything she does. 🤍

Before joining us, she worked in the NICU, where compassion and attention to detail mean everything — and she carries that same care into our clinic every day.

Although she’s only been with us for a few months, she has already made such a positive impact on our team and our patients. We appreciate her dedication, her kindness, and the energy she brings . We are truly so lucky to have her as part of our 417 family 💉🫶
