Airway training with Barry Lawrence Ambulance District! Several of our flight crew members and medical director were able to help teach and train on RSI.

RSI is a significant responsibility and requires not only knowledge and skill but also preparation and precision. Training together allows us to strengthen these skills, build confidence, and ensure we’re prepared to provide the highest level of care to our patients when every second counts.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to collaborate, share knowledge, and continue learning alongside our EMS partners! Thank you to Barry Lawrence Ambulance District for being part of this valuable training! 👏

Keep REACH Air Medical Services, family members, first responders and medical providers in your thoughts and prayers during this tragedy 😔

We are heartbroken by the tragic helicopter accident involving a REACH Air Medical Services aircraft. This is an incredibly difficult situation, and our hearts are with everyone affected by this tragedy.

While some information is being reported publicly, our priority is supporting the families and loved ones of those directly affected. Out of respect for the time, care, and privacy they deserve, we are choosing not to share additional details about those involved at this time.

Our gratitude goes to the first responders assisting with the ongoing response, including the Los Angeles County Fire Department and Lifeguard Division, the U.S. Coast Guard, NTSB and the many partner agencies that responded swiftly last night.

Today, we honor our colleagues who dedicated themselves to lifesaving work in service to others, and we grieve alongside the families and all those whose lives have been forever changed by this tragedy.

While thousands gathered to watch the incredible U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds, U.S. Army Golden Knights, USAF C-17 Globemaster III East Coast Demo Team, A-10 Thunderbolt II from Whiteman Air Force Base, and multiple other performers take to the skies at the Branson Wings of Pride Airshow, our flight crews had a front-row seat—and a mission that never takes a holiday.
