How’s your Health Fairing, Montvale Family?

Our staff and residents tested their cognitive and physical stamina last Friday to celebrate Older Americans Month! We partnered with EmpowerMe Wellness and Enhabit Home Health to host a Health Champions Fair! We had over 20 residents come out to check their vitals and assess their physical age relative to their actual age. We advocate everyday for the health and well being of our residents and community. What healthy habits are you implementing this summer to stay fit?

On Saturday we hosted our monthly Story Corner reading! This month’s book was titled “Aaron Slater, Illustrator” by Andrea Beatty. We switched things up by having the kids (and staff) read to the group! And it wouldn’t be a true event without some snacks from the Culinary Team! Thank you to everyone for the laughs and togetherness. See you all in June!
