We had a busy day at IPH yesterday with the radio broadcast in the morning but it was great to get out in the community and enjoy the fall weather at Harvest and Hugs.

Happy National Boss’s Day to the one who makes being a boss look effortless 💗

Maryann is so much more than a boss. She is someone who genuinely cares, puts her staff and residents first, and makes everyone around her feel valued, appreciated, and loved.
She doesn’t just lead a team she makes us feel like family. The heart she put into everything she does and the love she has for IPH and everyone who calls it home is truly something special.

We each chose one word to describe Maryann, but one word could never do her justice. We are so lucky to have someone who leads with so much heart.

Happy Boss’s Day Maryann, thank you for being the kind of boss everyone hopes to have but not everyone is lucky enough to find! You make a difference in more lives than you will ever know

This week, we’re celebrating our amazing Kitchen Team at IPH!

From planning seasonal menus and preparing meals to serving residents with a smile, our kitchen team does much more than put food on the table. They continuously create meals that bring our residents together.

We are so grateful for the hard work and creativity they put into each meal. Their commitment to our residents does not go unnoticed.
