Phase one of Gorgeous Grandma was to pamper our lovely ladies here at Forest Glen RHC.

They received hand massages and manicures. Enjoyed relaxing with facial masks and eye masks. Their hair was curled and some light makeup was added to their already beautiful faces.

We've been making the most of the beautiful summer weather at Forest Glen RHC! ☀️

Our residents have enjoyed golf cart rides, picking fresh vegetables from the garden, watching the local wildlife, and even a few rounds of hand golf.

These are just a few of the ways we're spending the season together, with plenty more summer fun still to come!

Our Legacy Neighborhood got creative by turning the activity room into a drive-thru! Residents decorated their walkers and wheelchairs as cars, drove through to pick up their favorite snacks and drinks, and then enjoyed spending time together. 🚗🥤🍿

Summer looks a little different for everyone, and that's what made this art project so special. ☀️🎨

Our residents reflected on their favorite parts of the season, whether it was relaxing in the garden, cheering at a ballgame, enjoying a picnic, or another treasured summer memory. They used those inspirations to create colorful abstract artwork that was uniquely their own.
