As a Life Engagement Aide, you'll:
✨ Plan and lead activities and special events
✨ Encourage resident participation and socialization
✨ Assist with outings and community engagement
✨ Help create individualized activity programs
✨ Work alongside a compassionate interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications:
✔ Current CNA License (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
✔ Current CPR Certification
✔ Valid Driver's License

Schedule Requirements:
• Two evening shifts per week
• Every other weekend

☀️ It’s National Hydration Day, and out here in Southeast Colorado, our summer heat is in full swing!

Congratulations to Our Newest NA Graduates! 🎓

Please join us in celebrating our recent NA class graduates who successfully completed our three-week CNA course and are now officially graduated NAs! We are incredibly proud of the hard work, dedication, and compassion each of these students demonstrated throughout the program.

When asked about their experience in class, they had wonderful things to share:

✨ Braylee Dukes said the class was a great experience, and learning the hands-on skills was her favorite part.

✨ Madelyn Willeke enjoyed mastering the skills and especially loved hearing Shelly Wade's stories that brought the lessons to life.

✨ Abi Anderson said the class was good and shared that her favorite part was brushing teeth.

✨ Kelly Burdick described the class as "pretty cool" and especially enjoyed the clinical portion of the program.

✨ Daisy Mills liked the class, saying her favorite part was finding the mannequins in different places each day, which kept learning fun and engaging.

These graduates have completed an intensive three-week program and are now preparing for their state certification exams. Please help us wish them the very best of luck as they take this exciting next step!
