🌸💙 Celebrating National Case Management Week — Arcadia Style! 💙🌸
Our Case Management Week celebration tour was filled with appreciation, sweet treats, and lots of smiles! 🎉
DAY 1️⃣ – St. John's Hospital
We kicked off our celebration by treating all 24 Case Managers at St. John's Hospital to a delicious Chick-fil-A lunch! 🐔❤️ It was our way of saying THANK YOU for the dedication, compassion, and hard work these incredible professionals put into caring for patients every single day!
DAY 2️⃣ – Springfield Memorial Hospital
The celebration continued as Holli, Makynna, and our Arcadia team delivered special swag bags to 18 Case Managers at Springfield Memorial Hospital! 🎁🌼
Each bag included thoughtful goodies, colorful highlighter "flowers," and delicious Pease's chocolates! 🍫🌷 Despite the rainy, dreary weather, we were determined to spread a little sunshine! ☀️ One Case Manager even shared, "Well this sure brightened up a very dreary day!" ❤️ We also enjoyed catching up with Lead Case Manager Meghan, who shared her appreciation for the beautiful flowers sent earlier in the week!
💙 42 Case Managers. Two hospitals. Two days of appreciation. One BIG thank you! 💙 At Arcadia, we recognize the important role Case Managers play in helping patients and families navigate their healthcare journeys. We are incredibly grateful for the relationships we've built and the opportunity to work alongside such dedicated professionals. 🌟 Happy National Case Management Week! Thank you for all that you do!

🎃👻🍬 WHAT A SPOOKTACULAR NIGHT AT ARC AT SANGAMON VALLEY! 🍬👻
WOW! What an incredible turnout for our Trunk-or-Treat celebration! 🧡 The costumes, the decorations, the candy, and most importantly, ALL THE SMILES made this an evening to remember! Our parking lot was filled with creatively decorated trunks, adorable little ghosts and goblins, and families ready for some Halloween fun! 🎃 From candy and cupcakes to hot dogs, punch, and plenty of delicious treats, there was something for everyone! Add in pumpkin painting, Halloween music, and lots of laughter, and you have one AMAZING celebration! 🍭🎶🌭
🌈👠 And can we talk about our residents?! They absolutely STOLE THE SHOW dressed as characters from The Wizard of Oz! 🌪️❤️ They were phenomenal, and we couldn't have loved their costumes more!
But the BEST part of the entire evening? Seeing the joy on our residents' faces! 🥹💙 They loved being outside, visiting with everyone, enjoying snacks, collecting candy, and soaking up all the excitement. Those smiles say it all, and THIS is what making memories is all about!
👏 A HUGE shout-out to Rick Ray and Sons Plumbing! Thank you for being part of such a wonderful community celebration! We also want to thank everyone who decorated a vehicle, donated treats, helped organize the festivities, and brought their families out to celebrate with us! To our residents, staff, families, and amazing community — THANK YOU for making this Trunk-or-Treat such a HUGE SUCCESS! 🧡
We are still smiling thinking about all the fun we had! What an incredible evening filled with laughter, community spirit, and memories we'll cherish! 🎃🍁❤️

🥪❤️ Spreading Kindness, One Sandwich at a Time! ❤️🥪
Our wonderful independent living residents at Estates at Sangamon Valley recently came together for a very special act of kindness! 💛 With helping hands and caring hearts, our residents spent time making sandwiches to deliver to those in need in our community. What a beautiful reminder that you're never too old to make a difference! 🥰
At Estates at Sangamon Valley, we believe that staying active, building friendships, and giving back to others are all part of living a meaningful and fulfilling life. We are so proud of our residents for their generosity and willingness to help others. A little kindness can go a long way! 💕

⚔️🏰 Huzzah! A royal good time was had at Arc at Sangamon Valley! 👑
Our residents traveled back in time for our very own Renaissance Faire! The day was filled with Medieval-inspired fun as we enjoyed fresh-brewed c***r, watched an exciting joust, and even tried our hand at archery! 🏹🍎
From knights and royalty to a little friendly competition, it was a wonderful way to bring history to life and create some memorable moments together. 👑⚔️

🌸👑 Fit for royalty at Arc at Sangamon Valley! 👑🌸
Our residents let their creativity bloom while making their very own beautiful flower crowns! From choosing the flowers to putting together each unique creation, everyone added their own special touch. 🌼🌷
We think they turned out absolutely gorgeous—and our residents certainly looked like royalty wearing them! 💐👑 We love activities that encourage creativity, bring smiles, and give everyone a chance to show off their personality.
