We are finally launching our postpartum subscription box and online course, after years in the making! This course is aimed for freshly postpartum individuals, but is beneficial to all stages of postpartum. This unique course is set up for each week, for 6 weeks, you will receive an herbal box in the mail to go along with the online content each week. You can expect:
- a safe and do-able yoga/movement, breath work, or meditation each week
- a postpartum recipe that is either ayurvedic or herbal inspired
- information and instructions about your herbal box
- a topic or technique specifically aimed at postpartum healing or nurturing
- and an online community of the others enrolled in the course going through a postpartum journey along side you.

Our yoga calendar is updated! Every Tuesday night 6-7pm we have prenatal yoga classes at the Flourish office.

In our yoga classes we practice postures to allow baby to get into the most optimal position for birth.

We also work on relieving aches and pains common with pregnancy and end each class with restorative postures and breathing techniques that are useful during labor.
