October is booked out completely, I am already looking ahead to November and December. Before the family gatherings start, the shopping begins, and the stress peaks make sure you have your self-care on the calendar.

PSA: You cannot pour from an empty cup ☕️

If you’ve been running ragged this week, this is your reminder that I do 30 minute focus sessions for cupping, muscle scraping, stretch or just some heavy-duty deep tissue work to get your mobility back on track.

the Deep Kneads treatment room has been transformed into your spooky-cozy sanctuary. 🍂🦇

All month long, we’re running our exclusive seasonal add-ons to help you melt into the season:
🍏 "Witches' Brew" Caramel Apple Scrub: A warming hand and foot polish to exfoliate and hydrate as the air gets crisp.
🖤 "Black Magic" Hot Stones: Deep, penetrating heat to melt away the autumn chill and muscle tension.
🎃 Spiced Pumpkin Aromatherapy: The ultimate cozy autumn scent to ground your nervous system and complete your session.

I'm booked for the rest of October.
I'm so grateful and thankful for the support from all of you ❤️😭
If anything opens up I'll post last minute cancellation

✨Booking policy update✨

To my wonderful Deep Kneads clients,
Thank you so much for your continued support!
Unfortunately due to a recent increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, I am updating my booking policy.
Starting 10/19/2026, all appointments will require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit goes directly toward your total service cost.

I know life happens and emergencies pop up, so every client gets one "grace" last-minute cancellation or no-show every 6 months where your deposit is forgiven and transferred to your next appointment. Beyond that, I just ask for 24 hours' notice to reschedule so your deposit can transfer over.
Thank you for understanding and for helping me protect my small business. See you on the table soon! 🖤
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out!
