I could also hold a group class on July 11th in the morning if there is enough people interested in that day (6+), group classes are cheaper than single private ones, so if you and a group of friends or coworkers need certified, let’s make it happen!

❗️❗️EXCITING NEWS❗️❗️Brand new Prestan CPR manikins coming in over the next few days!! These are top of the line for cpr training. They are super cool! They have feedback to let you know if you’re going at the right compression rate and depth, and working lungs! I’m planning a fun FRIENDS AND FAMILY cpr class in the beginning of December located in Spencer Iowa where we will have breakfast (provided!🌯) and learn CPR for adults, children and infants - and choking! I have 20 slots (no certification card just learning!) and 9 slots for people to add on a certification card if you need certified! Ages 9+ are welcome!! Let’s get together and try out these new manikins and be prepared for your community and loved ones! Cost $30pp for regular slots and +$30 to add on the certification card! ❤️🍳🌯🚑

Did you know there is over 350,000 cardiac emergencies each year outside of a hospital? Do your children stay at grandpa and grandmas?? Home alone with YOU? A sibling? Even a small choking incident can lead to a CARDIAC EMERGENCY 🚨 Let’s get them introduced to CPR and choking/first aid so they are confident in an emergency. Among the 350,000+ cardiac emergencies yearly: only 40% of those individuals received bystander CPR. Confidence to act starts young.

I have one in person class/co teaching a lesson left before I will be officially certified to get you your BLS or CPR certification cards! And we will get a few sessions scheduled and set up! Who wants to be prepared in case of a cardiac emergency?? It could save your loved ones, neighbors, or even your child! Hoping to set up a group training session- in Spencer Iowa in December possibly and one in Springfield Colorado in October!
