Mental health challenges can affect anyone. Adult Mental Health First Aid teaches participants how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use concerns. Through this evidence-based training, you'll gain practical skills to support someone experiencing a challenge or crisis until appropriate professional help can be obtained.

What You'll Learn ✅ Common signs and symptoms of mental health challenges
✅ How to approach and support someone who may be struggling
✅ How to respond in a mental health or substance use crisis
✅ Resources and strategies for connecting individuals with professional help
✅ Self-care and resilience practices
