For FRIDAYS Tech Week SHOUT OUT we are focusing on our remaining support staff who are technically not technicians but do all of the other technical work that keeps us going!
Many of you will recognize our wonderful receptionists Mari, Sara and Lilly as the forward "Face of the Company" as these bright smiling faces are usually the ones you see as soon as you walk in. They are the ones that keep us in line and everything on track. We also have Leo showcased with this group. Most of you won't know him but he is our "everything" support guy who helps keep the property up as well as caring for our horses and helping with horse and small animal patients whenever we need an extra hand. We are genuinely thankful for all of our support staff and want to wish Mari, Sara, Lilly and Leo a great big THANK YOU for everything they do for us and for you!!!

As many of you know, Thursdays at Elite are "Horse Days" where Dr. Ami and Adrian go out and do mobile calls for our equine clients. As such, no other day would be more appropriate to showcase our awesome equine tech ADRIAN!!!!! If you have any horses we have seen you no doubt have come to know him well.
We do not know how long Adrian has worked @ Elite as there is no one else who's been here longer. Some say he was hatched from an egg in our back pasture sometime in the mid 90s... there is also a credible rumor that Dr. Ami found him on the rodeo circuit as an infant and kidnapped him. We can only speculate as to his origins. What we do know is that he keeps the place running. Between caring for all of our horse patients, helping with our small animals on surgery days and taking care of our own horses and the clinic property he is essential in everything we do. So today we give a huge SHOUT OUT to Adrian.... one of the ORIGINAL "Elites".

HAPPY WEDNESDAY ELITE FAMILY!!!!
For today's tech highlight we are focusing on Brooke!
Obviously she needs no introduction as Brooke has been with us since the before times... in the long long ago. 🤣
In her 5 years here at Elite she has become a true master of all and has a special interest in bully breeds and reproduction. As many of you also know she became a mom last year and was certainly missed by all during her maternity leave. We are thrilled to have her back with us full time again and to see her daughter everytime she stops by. Once again... a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO BROOKE!!!

For Tuesday's Tech Highlight and Shout-out we are focusing on Tristan! Tristan joined the Elite team about two years ago and has quickly become our official dental technician. If your pet has had their teeth cleaned within the last couple years there's a great chance Tristan had a hand in it. She also loves seeing our regular appointments and snuggling all the puppies. When not at work she lives the real cowgirl lifestyle working with and training youngling 🐎s. We hope you will all join us in giving her a great big THANK YOU for everything she does for your furry family members and for us here @ Elite!

For Monday's Tech Week highlight we are giving a huge SHOUT-OUT to Cassandra aka Cassie. Cassie joined our team just after the move to our new building and has quickly proven herself to be an extremely valuable member of this team. She is currently enrolled in the Veterinary Technology program at Weatherford College looking to make this life her career. She is kind, compassionate and always ready and willing to lend a hand no matter what the task may be. Please join us in giving her a HUGE virtual High Five! Thank you for everything you do Cassandra!!!!

If you have been coming to see us for any length of time now you have no doubt noticed that there are many people who interact with you and your pet during a typical visit. While Dr. Ami is amazing, she could not possibly do everything that needs to be done in the clinic without our numerous support staff. This upcoming week is National Veterinary Technician week and we take this time every year to both "shout-out" to and show our appreciation for Veterinary support staff nation wide. We will be highlighting various nursing and support staff members every day this week and we encourage all our wonderful clients to join us and make sure our awesome team knows how valuable they are in helping to provide the dedicated care we pride ourselves on to you and your furry family member! 😊
