Parenting is hard. Social media can be a blessing or a curse when it comes to all the information available and what is portrayed in front of the camera.

My dream is to help parents to gain confidence in their ability to understand that behavior is communication, how to manage their own sensory challenges when a child is escalated, and how to set structure and routine that works for them and the child. A child models what is in their environment, let's set them up for success!

If you or someone you know would benefit from some support in this area, please don't hesitate to reach out. We offer cash based support programs as well as more formal OT to work on the occupation of parenting that can go through your health insurance. Invest in yourself, you're the most important person to your child ❤️💪
