🎉 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, PEYTON (OUR SLEEPY GIRL)! 🎂💙

She may be one of the quieter ones in the clinic, but don’t let that fool you — Peyton works HARD! 💪🦷

She has such a natural way of connecting with our patients, making them feel comfortable, and meeting them right where they are. She’s always willing to work hard, learn, and help wherever she’s needed!

We’re so thankful to have her as part of the Demko crew and hope she feels extra celebrated today! 🥳

Happy Birthday, Peyton! 🎈💙

Timing matters in orthodontics! 🦷💙

There are different “windows of opportunity” during a child’s growth, and sometimes the best plan is to treat, hold, and then treat again as they continue developing.

Starting earlier may help shorten a later phase of treatment and may help prevent the need for extractions or surgery in some cases—but every child develops differently.

That’s why Dr. Demko looks at the whole picture to determine when the timing is right for your child. 💙✨

Caught Dr. Demko behind the scenes! 💙🦷

When she’s not chairside with patients, you can usually find her right here—planning cases, reviewing records, and working behind the scenes on the details of each smile.

A lot happens before you ever sit in the chair! ✨

The smile may be the finished product, but the planning starts here.

When you’re 5, X-rays can feel a little intimidating… so we let our stuffed spider go first! 🕷️💙

Kae is showing our little patient exactly how a ceph X-ray works before it’s her turn. Sometimes all it takes is a little demonstration—and a brave spider friend—to make something new feel a lot less scary! 🦷✨

Looking to learn more about the connection between breathing, sleep, jaw development, and overall health? 📚💙

These are a few of Dr. Demko’s favorite books for diving deeper into the airway-focused side of orthodontics! From nasal breathing and sleep to jaw development and tongue ties, these are some of her go-to recommendations for understanding why there’s so much more to orthodontics than just straight teeth. 🦷✨

Have you read any of Dr. Demko’s favorites?
