A couple of our members have been selected by the National Disability Rights Network to be a part of a documentary about how Medicaid impacts the disability community. We are so excited to get to be a part of this! We will share the documentary once it’s completed!

Before heading to the polls, take time to learn about the candidates and ballot measures you’ll see on your ballot. Understanding what each proposed amendment would do and what a YES or NO vote means can help you make informed decisions on Election Day.

At DDRB, our goal is to provide clear, accessible, and nonpartisan voter education so members of the disability community, their families, and supporters have the information they need to participate in the voting process.

Last night People First of St. Charles held their election for new officers for the next 2 year term. We had great candidates and it was a close call. Below is our new officers! Please congratulate them as they take office for the next 2 years! Thank you to all who ran and supported each other!

Be prepared before you vote on August 4.

On August 4, Missouri voters will have the opportunity to vote on proposed changes to the Missouri Constitution. Depending on where you live, your ballot may also include local candidates and issues.

Understanding what's on your ballot before Election Day can help you feel more informed and confident when you vote.
