During this procedure, we combine skin removal with liposuction to reduce back rolls, tighten lax skin, and create a smoother transition across the upper back.

One of the most important considerations is scar placement. The incision is intentionally positioned along the bra line, allowing the resulting scar to typically be concealed beneath a bra or swimsuit top once healed.

This patient is 6 months post op from her Breast Augmentation, Breast Lift + Mesh, and Flank liposuction ✨

When augmentation and a lift are performed together, the implant restores volume while the lift reshapes and elevates the breast tissue. For patients with thinner or stretched tissues, dissolvable mesh can provide additional internal support during the healing process. The mesh is designed to gradually absorb as the patient’s own tissue strengthens around it.

Flank liposuction addresses excess tissue around the sides of the torso, helping create a smoother transition between the breasts, waist, and abdomen. Combining procedures can be particularly helpful when the goal is to improve both breast shape and overall body proportions.

At six months, swelling has significantly decreased, scars are continuing to mature, and the breasts are settling into their longer-term position. While healing varies from patient to patient, breast shape and scar appearance can continue to change for a year or more.
