Meet Alondra Perkins, LLMSW

Alondra is bilingual in English and Spanish! A therapeutic relationship can be one of the most important parts of the healing process. To move through the many places in our hearts and minds, we must feel safe, seen, and understood. She strives to create a space of felt trust, going at your pace, and meeting you where you are, without judgment!

Using a trauma-informed approach, she supports individuals healing from trauma including sexual exploitation, complex PTSD, adverse childhood experiences, and varying forms of abuse and neglect, as well as those navigating grief, loss, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and everyday obstacles.

Alondra’s hope is that you'll leave your work together feeling more like the person you were created to be, and confident in who you are. She looks forward to working with you!
