We're looking for a **1099 Physical Therapist** to join Form & Focus Rehab!

This could be a great fit if you love being a PT but don't necessarily want a traditional clinic schedule.

Maybe you're a parent looking for hours that work better for your family. Maybe you have another position and would like to treat a few clients on the side. Or maybe you're simply ready for more autonomy and fewer back-to-back patients.

At Form & Focus, you'll have the opportunity to:

✓ Build a caseload that works with your life
✓ Provide meaningful, one-on-one care in clients' homes and communities
✓ Work primarily with older adults and individuals with neurological conditions
✓ Receive mentorship and clinical support
✓ Grow your skills in neuro, geriatrics, and Parkinson's care

**We're looking for a Michigan-licensed PT** who is compassionate, dependable, enjoys working with the neuro and geriatric population, and values both autonomy and being part of a supportive team.

Experience with **Parkinson's disease and/or certified in LSVT BIG, or PWR!** is a plus — but we're also happy to support the right therapist who wants to learn.

Last week, I had the opportunity to visit the Kirk Gibson Center for Parkinson’s Wellness in Farmington Hills, and what an incredible resource we now have right here in Michigan! 💙

As a physical therapist who works with individuals living with Parkinson’s, I’m always looking for resources that help people stay active, independent, confident, and connected — and this Center brings so many of those pieces together under one roof.

The Center offers FREE programs for people living with Parkinson’s, including Parkinson’s-specific exercise and movement classes, strength and balance training, boxing, yoga, Tai Chi, dance, educational programs, wellness resources, and opportunities for social connection.

What I love most is that it isn’t just about exercise. Parkinson’s can affect so many parts of daily life, and having a community where people can move, learn, connect with others, and feel supported is incredibly valuable.

Movement matters — but so does community. 💙

I’m excited to share another wonderful resource to share with my patients and families in the Parkinson’s community.

Also, Michigan Parkinson’s Foundation (Michigan Parkinson Foundation) has a place inside!

If you or someone you love is living with Parkinson’s in Metro Detroit, the Kirk Gibson Center for Parkinson’s Wellness is definitely a resource worth knowing about!
