I'm excited to launch the page for At Home Partners LLC!! Welcome!!
Here, I'll post information on safely Aging in Place, Falls Prevention, and General Wellness topics. Let me know what you'd like to hear more about!

At Home Partners LLC provides direct mobile Wellness Services and Physical Therapy. I provide senior fitness, preventative care, and individual and/or family consultation services in the comfort of your own home through in-person or online options. I am passionate about seeing folks one-on-one and problem solving with them in their own environment(s). That being said, in addition to other services, I provide recommendations on adaptations for the home that will allow you to successfully and gracefully age while making your home safer for you in the process. I established my practice to provide a comprehensive and personalized approach to difficulties associated with aging, injury, or medical condition. In traditional therapy settings, personal health and fitness goals are often not met due to time, location, or insurance restrictions. At Home Partners, LLC fills the gap by providing professional expertise and guidance to allow clients to restore life and achieve mobility in their everyday activities.
