Hi all! What type of groups would you like to see offered at Finding Normal? Right now we offer Beginning the Journey which helps educate and support folks new to trauma recovery. A couple of ideas being kicked around are: living with complex trauma, supporting a loved one after trauma, and recovering from toxic work environments.
