Hi everyone, we had someone drop out of my group prior to the start date (which is this Saturday, June 15th) so we have an opening!

Here's another reminder that I will be running a therapeutic processing group regarding adult children who are low or no contact (or heavily considering it) with their emotionally immature parents.

The group will be held in Webster Groves every other Saturday from June 15th to September 21st from 12:30pm - 2pm.

The group has a "pay what you can" range from $50-$80 per session. I have the option for a monthly 4-payment installment option to make it more affordable to folks.

We will be covering ALLLLLLL the topics & allowing space for people to truly be seen & heard in this often shamed experience.

For those in the St. Louis area, I will be starting up a therapeutic processing group for adult children of emotionally immature parents who are low or no contact with their family of origin.

It can sometimes be difficult to explain why you're estranged from your family and others may not understand the invisible wounds you carry. This 8 week processing group is meant to provide community and support for adult children who are dealing with estrangement or considering estrangement.
