You know these things in your heart to be true, yet anxiety still sinks in.

The enemy uses our minds to battle our beliefs and create false worries. You have a God Who made you and loved you.

Just because we don’t understand the vastness of His mind and plan, doesn’t make them any less great.

Battle anxiety with the Truth of Who God is.

Philippians 4:6-7

[6] do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. [7] And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

That elderly couple you admire and say “this could be us…” they grew in love.

We live in a culture that romanticizes falling in love but resists growing in love.

Yet Scripture shows us that real love is patient, sacrificial, and cultivated over time.

As a therapist, I see how often the fear of discomfort keeps people from commitment.

But love was never meant to be effortless—it was meant to be transformative.

💬 What does “growing in love” mean to you?

I saw someone write this and I tell my clients this all the time. It’s not fair that you have to fix the damaged caused by someone else. But it’s necessary.

It’s not fair that Christ died for our sins. But it’s necessary.
