Let’s do our 1-minute exercise!

Today, we’re going from the chair to the floor — and back.

First: Chair sit-to-stand.
Sit down, stand up.
Sit down, stand up.
Use your hands if you need to.

Next: Floor exercise.
If you’re comfortable getting down, lie on your back and do knee raises — one leg at a time.

Right… left… right… left.

And now, carefully get back up.

That’s it!

You don’t need a gym.
You just need a chair, a little floor space, and one minute.

Start where you are.
Keep moving!

How Long Does It Actually Take to Build a Habit? | Week 9 RRR

Week 9 is here, and the real results are in! 📈 Medical research shows it takes about 2 to 3 months of consistent effort to truly lock in a permanent routine.

My own tracking calendar since January isn't perfect. During my January vacation, I tracked 0 days. But on my June vacation? I exercised 2 out of 3 weeks—a historic personal first that pushed me to a consistent 4–6 days a week!
The best part? Seeing our community rise up and adapt!

Tracking your SMART goals isn't about absolute perfection—it's about moving forward anyway.

Don’t just say, “I want to be healthier.”

Make your goal Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound.

Small, realistic goals are easier to follow—and can lead to lasting change.
