We’re looking for experienced, flexible, teamwork‑oriented Night Shift RNs and LPNs to support inpatient care across the St. Louis region.

Tier‑based:
ICU/Stepdown and below (Tier 1)
Telemetry/Med Surg (Tier 2)
Med Surg (Tier 3)
Zone‑Based Float Structure
You’ll be assigned to your three closest hospitals (within an approved zone) as your primary locations, with optional floating to additional hospitals based on your preferences, giving you predictable travel while supporting system‑wide needs.

Requirements:
1-2 years recent inpatient hospital experience (within last 12 months)
