Proud to celebrate the completion of our very first Dementia Caregiver Class! We now have 12 Certified Dementia Practitioners (CDP®).

This training equips caregivers with the knowledge and confidence to provide compassionate, effective dementia care. Thank you to our amazing team for your dedication to learning and to the residents we serve every day. A special thank you to our instructor, Paige Bendixen, for leading this class and sharing her knowledge and passion for dementia care. Here are a few more moments from the Oklahoma CMSA Conference hosted by the Case Management Society of America.

Our Chief Nursing Officer, Robin Viles was a guest speaker. Her presentation, “Crisis on the Set: Bridging ER and Long-Term Care Communication,” focused on strengthening communication and collaboration between Emergency Rooms and Long-Term Care communities to improve resident outcomes and transitions of care. One message stood out above all: Better communication leads to better care.

We are incredibly proud of her leadership, expertise, and dedication to advancing quality care across healthcare settings. Thank you to everyone who attended, engaged in meaningful discussions, and continues working toward stronger partnerships in resident care.

We were in attendance at the Case Management Society of America Eastern Oklahoma's annual Education Convention. The theme was, “Light’s, Camera, Action… in Case Management!” Regional Director of Marketing Spring Morrow had the privilege of inviting guest speakers to present to over 250 attendees. We are Diamond Sponsors for the CMSA and sponsored the lunch for the event.

Dan Johnston, our Vice President of Business Development, was present to introduce Robin Viles, our Chief Nursing Officer, as the guest speaker for the lunch. Robin gave a wonderful presentation on communication from skilled nursing center to ER. She had the audience actively engage in thought provoking questions and offered a very informative Q&A session following her presentation. Robin gave one of the strongest presentations that day!

Additionally, our booth won first prize at the event! Thank you to everyone who participated to make this year's event a standout for our organization.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who made the Arbor Hills Open House a success! We proudly unveiled our state‑of‑the‑art Dialysis Unit, celebrated with a ribbon cutting attended by local community leaders, and welcomed our healthcare partners and resident family members into a beautifully decorated space that truly reflects the level of care we provide.

We hosted our very first Director of Nursing Certification Program. It was an incredible experience!

Over the course of three days, our Directors of Nursing committed themselves to an intensive learning journey, culminating in a 102-question certification exam. Their dedication, focus, and professionalism were evident every step of the way. We are proud to share that all of our Missouri DONs successfully passed the exam. This is an outstanding accomplishment and a true reflection of their expertise and commitment to excellence in care.

This program represents an investment in leadership, quality outcomes, and the continued growth of those who make a difference every day in the lives of residents and team members.
