As we celebrate 10 years of Cardinal Home Health Care Services, we want to make one thing very clear: Cardinal did not get here alone.

Every client who has trusted us with their care, every family who has welcomed us into their lives, every employee who has shown up and given their time, patience and compassion, and every person in our community who has supported our journey has played a part in who Cardinal is today.

Our recent 10-year celebration was more than a party. It was our way of saying THANK YOU.
At Cardinal, we believe in pouring into the people who pour into us. We wanted our employees and clients to walk into that room and feel appreciated—not just hear it. The entertainment, the food, the gifts, the atmosphere and every detail of that evening were intentional. It wasn't about showing off. It was about showing appreciation.

Because the truth is, a company can have a name, a building and a business license—but people make a company successful. Our staff has worked, sacrificed and helped us serve our clients every single day. Our clients and their families have trusted us. Our community has supported us. Those relationships are the reason Cardinal has been able to grow and thrive for a decade.

We don't believe appreciation should only come in the form of a paycheck or a thank-you once a year. When people help build something with you, they deserve to experience the success with you.

Ten years is a major accomplishment, but for us, it's also a reminder of our responsibility going forward. As Cardinal continues to grow, we intend to continue investing in the people who helped us get here.

To our clients, employees, families, supporters and the St. Louis community: this milestone belongs to all of us.
