One of the biggest misconceptions I see on social media is that there is only one “right” hormone therapy regimen—usually an estrogen patch with micronized progesterone. While that is an excellent option for many women, it is not the only option.
There are different hormones, different routes of administration, and different approaches depending on whether you’re in perimenopause or menopause. Your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and personal preferences all matter when deciding what treatment is right for you.
That’s where I come in.
My goal is to help you understand your options, answer your questions, and create a treatment plan that is individualized to you—not based on what’s trending on Instagram or what worked for your friend.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by all the conflicting information online, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Together, we’ll review the evidence, discuss your goals, and develop a plan that helps you feel your best.
Because when it comes to hormone therapy, one size does not fit all—and you deserve care that is personalized to you. 💜

Vaginal estrogen doesn’t just improve comfort—it can help keep women out of the hospital. 💗
After menopause, lower estrogen levels can increase the risk of recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs). For some women, those infections can become serious, leading to hospitalization or even life-threatening sepsis.
The good news? Vaginal estrogen helps restore the health of the vaginal and urinary tissues, reducing the risk of recurrent UTIs in many menopausal women. Fewer infections can mean fewer antibiotics, fewer hospital visits, and better overall health.
Vaginal estrogen is a safe, effective, and evidence-based treatment for many women—and it may be one of the most important therapies you’re not hearing enough about.
Talk to your doctor about starting vaginal estrogen.  ’sHealth EvoraWomensHealth

I had the opportunity to attend the St. Louis Obesity Society meeting tonight with Dr. Lisa Tritto and Audrey Miller, RD., part of our weight loss team at Evora. The lectures and discussions were outstanding, providing valuable insights into the latest advances in obesity medicine and weight management.
I love continuing to learn and grow so I can better help my patients achieve sustainable weight loss, improve their health, and live fuller, healthier lives.
Grateful for colleagues who share a passion for education and evidence-based care.

When people experience fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, hair thinning, or low energy, the thyroid is often the first thing they think about - and for good reason. Thyroid disorders are common and can cause many of these symptoms. However, even when thyroid testing is completely normal, many patients continue to struggle because other disorders can produce very similar symptoms. Read this fantastic blog by Dr. Mehdia Amini, board certified endocrinologist to learn more.
