I have a favorite plant that I visit. The beautiful blooms and fragrance is one thing I go back to when I need grounding. The Lilac.
I've lived my entire life knowing this plant.

I spent a vast majority of my life asking for approval from others. This was done through my actions and words.

In college, I worked at the Reference Desk at the library. This meant I spent Thursday evenings (while my friends went out) and Saturday mornings (recovering from Friday night) helping the public and college students do evidence-based research for whatever project they were working on.

My boss was a brilliant woman named Allison. One day, while helping someone with research, I asked Allison for help. I explained to her what I was going to do and wanted to make sure it was "correct" before I moved forward with the patron. Allison shot back at me in the most annoyed tone "Sarah, when are you going to trust yourself and that you know how to do things and stop asking me to check everything for you?" 😅 It embarrassed me and for a second I was mad. Couldn't Allison SEE I wanted to make sure I was doing my job correctly? I think today, people would say she lacked empathy and patience.

Allison's job was not to reassure me while I was working and it wasn't how she was "built". Allison was the type of woman who wanted other women to SEE their own gifts & capabilities. Her question pointed out something I hadn't really considered before: I already knew what to do and needed to do it. Waiting for approval was eroding my confidence, my trust in my own knowingness and also annoying the hell out of her.

At 19 I learned what I already knew: I am capable and I know how. It just took the annoyed tone, true words, and some self-reflection to land in this truth.

You are so much more than you think.
You may have been told that miracles reside outside of you. They do not. My guess is that there is a part of you that understands this and another part of you that wants proof of how capable you truly are. This life calls for co-creation. There is an energetic piece of co-creation and a very practical part. The practical part? That's in your Human Design.

Things started coming in a few days ago:
Fatigue
Congestion
Flo
It's because the body knows before your brain can make sense of things.
The body is your biggest and most over looked tool when it comes to navigating this life. I know many have learned to outsource their innate guidance system.
It's time to stop pretending you don't know that you need to do the thing you need to do.

We are not planting the seeds of new today or tomorrow.
We are examining who we are becoming and recognizing the version of ourselves that got us to the here and now will quite possibly not be the version that carries us ahead.
Aquarius, though depicted with water is an air sign. It loves collective innovation, big ideas, expansion and sometimes can be hard to pin down what a future can look like that is unlike what we live in now. It's not sentimental which means it doesn't care about feelings or how things were, especially as the collective.
We must stop saying we want to go back to...anything. The idea to go back to "again" is inaccurate and grossly dismissive and divisive.
If I told you time wasn't linear, would you believe me? There is nothing to go back to. Only forward motion which also requires us to stand still.
Journal about the things I mentioned above. Do you have an honest view of what systems you have participated in? How do they impact you and others? What roles are you DONE PLAYING? You get to say NO MORE at any given moment.
