Every RING ain’t yours to jump in.
If you can’t identify a healthy benefit of being involved- choose to step outside of the ring. You may actually find that it’s not your business to be included in, and your energy is better served by focusing on YOU.
Sometimes because of the dynamics of certain relationships we are used to being in the ring with our opinions, going back and forth, having a tit for tat, trying to control or influence other’s situations- none of which serve us a healthy purpose.
The reality is- IT IS OK TO NOT HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY.
When we take the time to think BEFORE we speak we position ourselves to protect head and heart space and not become emotionally and mentally invested in spaces that don’t serve us or others in a healthy way.
Choose to not jump in every ring.

Ask for God’s PREPARATION so you’ll be ready when the time comes.

Change your behavior.
Stop giving access to unsafe interactions and relationships, and instead choose to set the tone for what healthy interactions look and feel like for you.
Then walk it out everyday.

Remember: the power is not in if they change- the power is in YOUR ability to change.
