Creative Youth Workshops Coming This November! 🎨✨

Looking for engaging, supportive ways to help your kids manage stress and navigate big emotions? Join Avenues Counseling for our upcoming creative art workshops designed to foster emotional resilience and coping skills in a safe, welcoming environment!

🎨 Creative Calm Workshop (Ages 13–17)
Date: Saturday, November 7
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Location: Richmond Heights
Focus: Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, and Values in Action 🎨

Creative Coping Workshop (Ages 10–12)
Date: Saturday, November 14
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Location: North County
Focus: Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, and Positive Self-Talk

💲 Cost: $65 (Includes two art projects!)

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate the last 15 years! It was an incredible reminder of how far we have come and how many people have been part of changing lives in St. Louis by making mental health care accessible. Truly, we are deeply grateful to the hundreds of people and organizations who have supported us. The celebration included tours, education, food, drink, amazing music from , looking back on all we have accomplished together!
