Feel like you have to “eat perfectly” to reach your goals as an athlete?
I’m here to tell you that’s not true, and that’s not even a realistic goal.
Think about it….
How many days do you have that go by without hiccups or changes in plans?
Probably not a ton.
So you can’t expect your nutrition to always be without changes, quick adjustments, or backup plans either.
Sometimes, you have a home-cooked meal full of meat, veggies and rice. Other nights, it might be a stop for gas station protein drinks and bars.
The main goal: fueling enough.
Your body NEEDS the fuel to continue building muscle, recovering, and getting ready for the next training session.
