We have had a lot of questions regarding parents not being able to see their child’s billing balance on MyChart.
Last fall many Guarantor accounts were unlinked from the minor’s MyChart making it that their bills were no longer showing in MyChart.
This can be corrected by reaching out to the MyChart helpdesk at 314/273-1966 to get their billing account relinked.
You also can see and pay your child’s bill if you have the account number that is on your mailed billing statement by clicking the payment bill link shown on this photo. If you still cannot log in or need help using this payment method, you can call our office 314/859-4000.

Dr. Tackes wears her bike helmet, do you?

Bicycling is the leading sports and recreational activity contributing to ER visits for head injuries, resulting in tens of thousands of incidents annually in the US. This number is going up with the E-Bike trend.

The best way to prevent this is for any passenger on a bike or scooter (babies and adults too) to wear a helmet.

Did you know that you can purchase bicycle helmets right here in our building for only $10? Our friends at the Safety Stop on the first floor will size and adjust the helmet to properly fit your child. You can make an appointment by calling 314/565-0369.

Summer for us is back to school physical and sports physical season. The end of July until school starts is the busiest month of our year.
We would like to remind you to call now at 314/859-4000 to schedule.
We also encourage you to come in June and early July to avoid the back to school rush.
Lastly, please remember to bring your camp, school, and sports forms to the visits with your portion completely filled out before giving it to our staff.

The final count for the videos are in and the winner was the very sweet video from our ladies in triage. This did truly reflect our mission here at Premier Pediatrics.

All of us know what it feels like to be a concerned parent and we do strive to do our best everyday to help you through every milestone, every sleepless night, those challenging teenage years, and the transition into adulthood.
