The funds were raised during their annual Cookout for Cancer fundraiser in May, bringing the community together to make a meaningful impact for patients and families facing cancer.

A little extra sun protection can go a long way. Ultraviolet (UV) rays can damage your skin year-round, even on cloudy days, and over time, that exposure can increase your risk of skin cancer and other health concerns.

This month, take a few simple steps to protect yourself:
