Exceptional hospice care begins with exceptional leadership.

Dover Health is seeking an experienced Hospice Executive Director to lead our Chicago-area hospice team serving Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, and Will counties.

We're looking for a leader who brings:

✔ A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of healthcare leadership experience, preferably in hospice
✔ Experience developing, managing, and monitoring budgets
✔ Strong knowledge of federal and state hospice regulations
