Baumann Colonial Chapel Baumann Colonial Chapel has merged with SHEPARD FUNERAL CHAPEL. The Woodson Rd. location is closed. At that time, the facility was closed and sold.

Baumann Colonial Chapel was established by the Baumann family in the 1880's. They and their successors operated a funeral home in Overland, MO from 1923 until September 30, 2013. All of the records and prepaid funeral plans have been transferred to SHEPARD FUNERAL CHAPEL (just 5 minutes away). They are located at 9255 Natural Bridge Road, St. Louis, MO 63134. In addition to the records and preneed

funeral plans, Funeral Director Mitch Wilson has joined the team at SHEPARD's and brings almost 40 years of experience with him.

In case you have not heard, after much prayer and discussion, we decided to close the Overland location as of September 30, 2013. All records and preneed plans are being honored at Shepard Funeral Chapel, 9255 Natural Bridge Road, St. Louis, MO 63134. They are conveniently located on the north side of Natural Bridge just west of I-170. Also, Mitch Wilson and Dave Schreiber are now on staff at Shepard's. Call 314-426-6000 or drop by any time.
