Access alone doesn’t create change—how we build the container matters.

I am grateful to support conversations with Modern Health Coalition that center safety, ethics, and real clinical care.

As more people begin looking toward these modalities with hope, it feels especially important to bring clinical experience, thoughtful guidance, and integrity into the conversation.

Honored to be included in this important discussion.

There’s a lot of noise right now around psychedelic work—what it is, what it isn’t, and how to actually approach it in a way that’s safe, ethical, and meaningful.

So instead of adding more noise.....

I’m opening up space.

I host a free monthly Office Hours where you can come ask real questions—whether you’re a clinician, a student, or just someone trying to understand what this work actually looks like in practice.

No slides. No pitch. Just conversation.

There’s a quiet kind of work happening behind closed doors every day.

People sharing their truth, sometimes for the first time. Patterns loosening. Nervous systems learning—slowly—that they’re allowed to soften.

April is Counseling Awareness Month, and it matters.

Not because counselors are heroes (we’re not), but because this work—this steady, relational, deeply human work—changes lives in ways that ripple far beyond the therapy room.

If you’ve ever sat across from someone and let yourself be seen… you already know.

Here’s to the work. And the courage it takes to do it. 🤍

📅 Office Hours on Monday

Just a quick reminder that Office Hours are happening in a few days.
If you’ve been curious about psychedelic therapy or have questions you haven’t had a place to ask, this is a space for that.

📅 Monthly Office Hours (Free Community Resource)
Over the past year, I’ve received a growing number of thoughtful questions about psychedelic-assisted therapy—from clinicians, students, and people who have attended talks or workshops.

Until recently, I’ve tried to respond to many of those conversations individually. But at this point, it’s outgrown what I can realistically hold one-on-one.
So I’m opening a new space.

Once a month, I’ll host Office Hours via Zoom—an informal, question-driven space where you can:

• Ask questions
• Learn more about psychedelic therapy
• Explore the evolving landscape of this work
There’s no presentation and no agenda—just real conversation shaped by what people bring.

✨ Come with a question if you have one
✨ Stay as long (or as little) as you’d like
📅 First session: March 30
📅 Ongoing: Second Monday of each month

These gatherings are offered pro bono as a community resource.

Feeling really grateful to be part of something meaningful happening here in St. Louis.

On March 5th, I’ll be joining veterans, civic leaders, and business leaders for The Welcome Home Forum: Missouri’s Veterans Leading the Way—a gathering focused on leadership, service, and what actually supports veterans as they transition, lead, and heal.

I’ll be offering a Veterans Mental Health Update, including a look at recent Missouri legislative activity and a grounded, clinical conversation about alternative and emerging approaches to veteran mental health care.

Veterans deserve more than applause. They deserve access to care that’s thoughtful, ethical, and effective. 💙 Oh, and by the way, this event is open to the public.

If you’d like to attend The Next Mission: Missouri’s Veterans Leading the Way, you can register here:

Honored to be part of the conversation and hopeful about what’s possible when leadership, policy, and lived experience come together.

✨ New on the blog: “Spiritually Bypassing Hard Feelings” ✨

Psychedelics aren’t a detour around your pain—they’re a doorway through it. In my latest article, I unpack how spiritual bypassing can show up in psychedelic spaces, and why facing our shadow is the true path to healing.

This one’s for the seekers, the feelers, and the brave-hearted.

Psychedelic healing isn’t about quick fixes. True growth comes from facing discomfort, integrating emotions, and walking through the shadows to find lasting transformation.
