So we practice patience.
We redirect.
We try again.

Life of an undiagnosed ADHD girlie in the 90s. It’s me, hi. 🙋🏼‍♀️

I’m Tracy, owner and BCBA Pediatric Behavior Specialists. When I say I live and breathe neurodivergent life, I mean it.

There are no two kids alike, but boy oh boy are there themes when it comes to clinical diagnoses!

Pattern recognition, cognitive flexibility, and tapping into hyperfixations are my and the team’s jam. I think we’re pretty good at it and I’m really proud of how much we’ve all achieved together. ✨

Shout out at Jessica Lindsay for tolerating me and my chaos for so many years of our friendship together. Everyone needs their person who “get them”. Love you for being mine. ❤️
