Just finished preparing the ceremonial cacao for this Saturdays held and honored event for the burnt out women who are doing it all. I will be leading this event with the amazing . We are so excited to offer this powerful event , packed with so much goodness to promote a deep reset and connection to self. Mother's Day is coming up! Olivia the owner of Golden Door and I will be putting on a powerful 2 hr event geared towards mothers or any women mothering something , a business , fur children , a house. Women have alot on their plates. And we wanted to create a short but powerful event to help each other slow down, rest and repair. We will be enjoying cacao tea, meditation, sound healing, acupuncture and reiki . As a professional LMT and energy healer most people would assume I'm an expert at relaxing . Promoting it and providing it yes... doing it myself , no! It's definitely one of the reasons I got into the field. I knew I needed it and so therefore so do others. I have experienced anxiety, depression and ADHD my whole life. I see all of that as both my weaknesses and my super powers. And when I'm living/acting from too much of my weaker sides I work to pivot and support myself so that I can live from my super power side.
I'm naturally a go go, do do type of person. I love being productive and experiencing life through activities and getting out of the house. Newborn life really challenges me. What I realize what helps the most is to not fight the challenges but rather lean into it. Slow down and do less. Everything in life is just a phase. This too shall pass. But instead of wishing it to be over I'm focusing on the good and enjoying the experience. This little girl is pure magic and I love spending my day snuggled up to her.
Yes I'm not getting much sleep. Yes I'm missing out on fun activities with my 4 year old. But I know one day I will sleep again and that one day I will experience watching my two kids play together and enjoy adventures all together!

Welcome to the world Pressley Adella Allen. Born February 27th at 4:24am. Weighing a cute 7.3 lbs and 20 inches long. She came out a carbon copy of her brother and with just as much love and joy filling the room! Big brother is so happy to meet his little sister and step into his big bro role. We are relaxing at home with this new soul and loving every minute of it!

I'll keep you all posted on my return . For now I am enjoying these special moments with this little lady. My podcast will still be putting out episodes every other week so you can stay tuned into spirit and the messages my co host and I channel to bring wisdom and uplift the collective . Thank you all for your love and support!

I trusted and it happened! I really wanted to take this class! The teacher, the space, the curriculum spoke to me. So even though I knew I would be 39 weeks pregnant during the class , I signed up! And boy am I glad I did. I have learned so much from this class! Katie is an amazing teacher, passionate , innovative and super knowledgeable!
Thank you baby girl for staying inside till this class was over! Now I'm ready for you to come through the portal, so I can get all the baby snug time in before returning back to work to share this amazing new modality!

Couples connecting class
Join Zen Jen Feb 7th from 4-5:30pm for an evening of heart connection and relaxation with your partner.

The class will start off with cacao tea. A delicious natural plant that has been known to be a great heart opener and helps deepen your connection to self, others and spirit . After the tea zen Jen will guide a meditation and some couples connecting activities. Then she will begin to teach easy partner stretching and massage techniques that you will practice on each other in the class. The class will take place on yoga mats so participants must be comfortable sitting/kneeling/laying on the floor. This is a great class for any couples wanting to take time to slow down, be more present and learn ways to relax and take care of one another.

Last little touches put in. Room makeover complete. It may sound silly that work is my happy place. But for me it's a time to slow down , relax and be present. The space is full of healing ,loving energy, dark lighting , good smells and now decor that makes me feel peace and joy.
