Here we are.

When you want something bad enough, you’ll make it happen. None of what I have so gratefully accomplished in the past 2.5 years was on my bingo card. So start the business, invest in your self, invest in your career, ask for help, stop comparing yourself to others and do everything wholeheartedly.

Intention and Integrity matter in the service provider industry. And we are all trying to be the best versions of ourselves while serving others.

Jaw Pain is REAL and extremely uncomfortable. And while Botox may be a go to solution for some people, there are other ways to support and relieve the muscles in your face naturally.

Enter Intra Oral, or popularly known as Buccal Massage. Easily one of my favorite services that I offer. This technique allows me to work inside the mouth, while wearing gloves, accessing deeper muscles along the jaw for an incredible sense of relief.
