So glad to have you on our teams at Care Choice and Decision Advocates Patti Cox, Care Manager / Legal Guardian !

I’m excited to share that I’m part of the Care Choice Comprehensive Network, where I have the privilege of working alongside the wonderful teams at Care Choice Care Management, Decision Advocates, and West County Psychological.

One of the things I love most about this network is that we can work together to support individuals and families in so many different ways. Whether someone needs care management, advocacy, legal guardianship, behavioral health services, or help navigating a difficult situation, we have experienced professionals who truly care.

Many of you know me through my work as a Care Manager, but I’m also honored to serve as a Legal Guardian with Decision Advocates. Being able to advocate for and protect those who cannot always advocate for themselves is incredibly meaningful to me, and it’s a role I don’t take lightly.

If you’ve ever wondered what a care manager does, have questions about legal guardianship, or aren’t sure where to turn for help, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Even if I don’t have the answer, I’ll do my best to connect you with someone who does.
