Real results look different for every woman.

For some, it’s weight and inches lost.
For others, it’s finally sleeping through the night, having consistent bowel movements, seeing clearer skin, feeling less inflamed, or simply feeling like themselves again.

And behind every one of these transformations was more than a generic plan.

We looked at the symptoms.
We looked at the labs.
We looked at the patterns that had been missed.

Because the goal was never just to make the number on the scale move.

It was to understand what was keeping each woman stuck and build a plan around her.

Different women. Different findings. Different starting points.

But the same goal: better answers, personalized support, and results that actually mean something in real life.

✨If you’re tired of being told everything looks “normal” while you still don’t feel like yourself, comment “SHAPE” and we’ll show you how we help women support their hormones, gut, and metabolism from the root.

For a long time, I thought the answer was to push harder.

Work harder. Train harder. Be more disciplined. Keep going even when I didn’t feel like myself.

That mindset shaped me for years.

But when my health started changing, pushing harder didn’t fix it. It just made it easier to ignore what my body was trying to tell me.

So I went back to the root.

I started looking at the things that had been overlooked: my labs, my gut, my blood sugar, my nervous system, my recovery, the patterns behind my symptoms.

And for the first time, I stopped asking, “What else should I do?” and started asking, “Why is this happening?”

That question changed everything.

It changed the way I understood my own health, and it changed the way I care for women now.

Because I know what it feels like to have “normal” labs and still know something is off. To feel different before your period. To struggle with your weight even when you’re doing all the right things. To look strong on the outside while quietly feeling exhausted underneath.

That’s why I don’t believe women need more pressure, more restriction, or another generic plan.

They need answers.

They need someone willing to look deeper, ask better questions, and help them understand what is actually driving the symptoms in the first place.

That’s the work I care about most now.

Helping women understand their bodies, trust what they’re feeling, and finally feel like themselves again.

Everyone is freaking out about P&G acquiring Thorne like it was a tiny independent supplement company until yesterday 😂

Plot twist — Thorne has been owned by private equity since 2023.

Do I care who owns the brands I recommend? 100000%.

But I care more about:
formulations
sourcing
third-party testing
manufacturing standards
actual quality

If those change — then we have an even bigger conversation.

Until then, maybe we stop choosing supplements based on branding and vibes 😝

Comment “LIST” and I’ll send you my go-to trusted supplement brands.

I know….Ive been there. I’ve seen the 20 docs with no answers. I wish I could say it was different. I feel like joe I recognize the same issue when I take my animals to the vet too 😢😭

It’s about finding a TEAM that cares. That’s the thing….its not on person. It’s a diversified team that collabs. That’s why I created The Detox Docs 🦄

The week after ovulation is when I hear women say things like:

“I can’t sleep.”
“Coffee suddenly makes me anxious.”
“My rings don’t fit.”
“Everything feels too loud.”
“I’m bloated from foods I normally tolerate.”
“I’m hot all night.”

Most people assume these are random.

They’re usually not.

Your luteal phase changes how your body responds to stress, blood sugar, inflammation, histamine, fluid balance, temperature regulation, and even your nervous system.

Those “weird” symptoms that show up every single month…….

They’re often clues.

Instead of accepting them as something you just have to live with, start paying attention to when they happen.

If your body feels like a completely different person after ovulation, it’s worth figuring out why.

Low progesterone doesn’t always show up as “low progesterone.”

Sometimes it’s the things that seem completely unrelated that make me start asking questions.

Things like:
Anxiety after ovulation
Waking up at 3 a.m.
Breast tenderness
Spotting before your period
Heavy or painful periods
Short luteal phases
PMS that seems to get worse every month
Trouble staying pregnant
Migraines before your cycle

Here’s the thing though…..these symptoms don’t automatically mean you have low progesterone.

Stress, thyroid dysfunction, nutrient deficiencies, inflammation, insulin resistance, and poor ovulation can all contribute. That’s why I never recommend guessing or taking progesterone without understanding why it’s low in the first place.

Kinda chic…

…questioning whether “normal” actually means optimal.

…prioritizing peace over productivity.

…tracking ovulation instead of just your period.

…working with your cycle, not against it.

…knowing your ferritin number, not just your iron.

…fueling your body before your coffee.

…protecting stable energy.

…asking why before masking symptoms.

Because the healthiest thing you can do isn’t chase every wellness trend.

It’s learning how your body actually works.

Not every symptom means something serious. Not every lab outside “optimal” is a problem. But when you zoom out and start connecting patterns instead of looking at everything in isolation, your health starts to make a lot more sense.

That’s the approach I use with every patient. We don’t just look for what’s technically “normal.” We ask whether your labs, symptoms, cycle, gut, stress, sleep, and lifestyle actually fit together.

The goal isn’t to be perfect.

It’s to understand your body well enough that you can work with it instead of constantly fighting it.

✨Ready to stop guessing and start connecting the dots? Comment “SHAPE” and I’ll send you my exact process.
