🥦🧀 Cheesy Broccoli Tuna Bowl
An all time favorite for supporting metabolism, muscle repair, hormones, digestion, and satiety.
Ingredients
* 1 pouch Safe Catch wild tuna
* 2 cups steamed broccoli
* ½ cup diced carrots, steamed or roasted
* ¼ cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
* 1 oz Organic Valley shredded sharp cheddar cheese
* 1 tsp Dijon mustard
* 1 tsp lemon juice
* Sea salt and black pepper to taste
fresh chives, parsley, or dill
Directions
1. Steam the broccoli and carrots until tender.
2. Warm the chickpeas.
3. Add broccoli, carrots, chickpeas, and tuna to a bowl.
4. Drizzle with Dijon and lemon juice.
5. Top with cheddar cheese.
6. Place under the broiler or in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes until melted and bubbly.
7. Finish with fresh herbs and enjoy.
