Hello friends, I am (for this page's intent and purpose) a Certified Grief Educator. I am also a Certified 500-hour LivFree Yoga Teacher, a Master Reiki Practitioner, and a Certified Integrated Energy Therapy Practitioner. To simplify, I have a passion and purpose to serve others in navigating through some of life's darkest times, to help find their healing, in their own time. Through my own exper
iences, my own healing and work on myself I came to the belief that there are many paths and ways to find healing and peace. That each person's path is as unique and individual as they are. Discovering this is what led to not only the diverse certifications I have, but the countless hours of self educated modalities. My passion for knowledge, and understanding of the ways in which we heal our hearts will always be a part of my life, there is no "end goal." Although the road that led me to this place is one I wish I never had to travel, and would trade it ALL in a heartbeat to have all of my loved ones back, I know this is where I find my meaning.
