Mark your calendars for a day of pelvic health education and fun!
•Are you an expected mom OR still in the up to one year postpartum period?
•Do you experience leakage when picking up your baby, laughing, coughing, and/or sneezing?
•Do you experience pressure in your abdomen or vaginal canal?
•Do you experience pain with sexual in*******se or in your lower back?
•Or simply want to do some birth prep or early postpartum pelvic floor recovery work?

Then this workshop is for you!

What you'll need:

• Yoga mat
• Exercise/stability ball or large towel
• Balloon (will use to assess breathing mechanics)
• Workbook (will be emailed following registration confirmation).

It's that time again, the 3rd Friday of the month where I get the opportunity to lead a Pelvic Health & Movement Class for the beautiful ladies at the Brisben Center.
And thanks to the The Give Back Yoga Foundation for selecting my business Ground & Root Pelvic Floor Therapy as one of their mat grant recipients that I may continue providing services in helping mothers recover well in postpartum and beyond.
