We are filled with gratitude after the blessing of our new St. Therese Office this morning. 🤍

On this feast day of St. Dymphna, patroness of those struggling with mental and emotional suffering, it felt especially meaningful to dedicate this new space to the Lord and entrust all who will enter here to His care.

We are so thankful to Fr. Miguel Solorzano from St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Katy for leading the blessing and praying over this office with us.

Please keep this new space in your prayers — that it may be a place of peace, healing, hope, and encounter for all who come through its doors.

Though a little overdue, we are grateful to finally share a few photos from our Gratia Plena Benefit Breakfast held a few months ago.

We remain deeply thankful for the generosity of all who attended and supported this special event. It was a meaningful morning of fellowship, encouragement, and shared commitment to the mission of Gratia Plena.

Gratia Plena is a nonprofit Catholic mental health counseling ministry. We serve children, adults, couples and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other life challenges with compassion and care.

We are now offering services in English/Spanish onsite at the Caritas Center (14795 Memorial Dr) at St. John Vianney. Also nearby at 14811 St. Mary’s Lane.

Our team of over 40 psychologists, counselors, and spiritual directors is here to walk with you toward healing and hope.

Today we celebrate 14 years of walking alongside individuals, families, and communities with care, compassion, and hope.

We are deeply grateful — for the clients who have trusted us with their stories, for the clinicians and staff who show up with humility and dedication, and for the community partners who journey with us in this work.

This mission has always been about more than counseling. It is about offering professional care that is faithful to the values and teachings of the Catholic Church, and supporting healing rooted in dignity, truth, and hope.

Gratia Plena offers a Men's Group every Saturday morning in our Stafford office, for ending compulsive s*xual behavior. It's been running for over 10 years. We will be starting a separate group for women soon on the same issue. Stay tuned for details on the group for women.

If we truly want to fight s*x trafficking, we need to address p**n as a major driving force behind it. One person trafficked for another's entertainment is one person too many, and it's time we stop pretending like this is a "normal" cost of the industry.
