Before camp begins, make sure they're ready by:
✅ Completing any required camp physicals or health forms
💊 Packing any needed medications

Our office will be closed on Friday, July 3rd in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

We will resume normal business hours on our next scheduled business day.

If your child is experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. For urgent medical concerns that cannot wait until we reopen, please contact our on-call provider or visit a local urgent care center.

As summer fun ramps up, don’t forget sunscreen safety for the whole family. A few quick tips:

🧴 Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher)
⏰ Apply 15–30 minutes before going outside
🔁 Reapply every 2 hours (and after swimming or sweating)
👒 Pair sunscreen with hats, sunglasses, and shade when possible
👶 Don’t forget ears, neck, tops of feet, and hands!
