Celebrating the incredible clinical leadership behind Civita Care Centers this past Nurses Week.

Our recent leadership retreat brought together our Directors of Nursing, Regional Directors of Clinical Operations, and Chief Clinical Officer for collaboration, education, strategic planning, and continued alignment around clinical excellence.

We are grateful for the dedication, leadership, and compassion this team brings to our centers every day. Their commitment to quality care, team development, and resident outcomes continues to strengthen our organization and the communities we serve.
