Last winter, our Labor & Delivery team came together to plant a tree and install a remembrance plaque honoring the babies we’ve lost. Created for our patients and families, this space serves as a lasting symbol of love, healing, and remembrance. To the families who have lost little ones: You are always in our hearts, and we will continue to hold you close.

Our Hope In Motion walk to support our Bennett Cancer Center patients turned 30 this year! Meet Dr. Frances Ginsburg, who is a cancer survivor and has participated in nearly every walk for the last 30 years. WOW! Thank you to Dr. Ginsburg and everyone who has supported this meaningful event for the past three decades.

This was the 30th anniversary of the walk, and we're so thankful to our community members who participated in this meaningful event. For three decades we've walked with a shared purpose: to support and honor loved ones affected by cancer.

Our President & CEO, Kathy Silard, has earned some new bragging rights — star patient ⭐️

After years of shoulder pain, Kathy recently had rotator cuff surgery with our orthopedic team, led by surgeon Dr. Corinne VanBeek. For Kathy, who began her career as a bedside nurse, being on the other side of care offered a powerful new perspective.

“It’s been amazing to see patients alongside me receive the same compassionate care and kindness that our teams have given me," she said.

Now in physical therapy and getting stronger every day, Kathy is celebrating the small wins — like being able to put her hair in a ponytail again. Up next: Getting back on the pickleball court!
