Join us in congratulating Caroline Alianiello, LCSW, PMH-C, who has officially stepped into the role of Assistant Director here at The Alliance Center! 🎊

Beyond her clinical skills as a perinatal psychotherapist, Caroline has a natural ability to lead with humility, thoughtfulness, and a genuine commitment to supporting those around her.

She’s become an invaluable resource to our team, and we’re so excited to share this great news.

Show Caroline some love in the comments! 🤍

New parents: Your to-do list is full. Let us take the safe installation of your car seat off your hands.

Join us on Thursday, August 13, at 6:30 PM, for Car Seat Install & Safety Checks. Whether yours is still sitting in the box or you’ve been wondering, “Did we do this right?”, we’ll help you every step of the way.

Drive up, and our certified expert will:
✔ Install your car seat from start to finish (if needed)
✔ Check your current installation
✔ Make sure it’s fitted correctly for your child
✔ Answer all of your questions

You’ll leave feeling confident every time you buckle your little one in. Plus, this event is happening right before our sold-out Infant CPR workshop, making it easier for new parents to attend both.

Next week, we will be closed for a quick summer break. We’re giving our staff a week to rest, relax, and refresh.

(Don’t worry, Infant CPR & Car Seat Installations are still slated for August 13, and private therapy and medication management appointments will be happening as scheduled.)

Today, we’re launching two new scholarships for moms and moms-to-be to partake in our Career or Parent Coaching... on the house.

Whether you’re navigating a career transition, returning to work, or hoping to parent with a better mindset, our Career Coach Ali Caravella and Parenting Coach Lorena Seidel M.Ed. /Mentor Mindset can provide the tools, perspective, and accountability to help you confidently move forward.

We know women and families in our community who could benefit from this support may lack access to it (these programs are not reimbursable through insurance). Our goal is to offer a limited number of scholarships each year to help bridge that gap.

If you’re seeking meaningful change, applications are open now through August 28!

🌟 Career OR Parent Coaching Scholarship 🌟

✔️ Eligibility: Must be a mom or mom-to-be, a member of our community, and demonstrate a strong desire to actively participate in coaching

If you think this opportunity could make a difference for you or someone you know, please apply or share it. 🤍

Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders is the umbrella term for depression, anxiety, and other mood shifts that can show up during pregnancy or in that first year after birth. About 1 in 5 women experience it, so it’s common. And treatable.

If two or more of these signs sound like you, come talk to us. Our team of perinatal psychotherapists and licensed clinical social workers has helped over 500 local women find their way out of the “I’m just tired” fog and feel like themselves again. 🤍

“I’m just not good at making mom friends.”

We hear this all the time.

But most friendships begin simply because two people showed up in the same place, at the same time, and realized they’re going through many of the same things.

That’s exactly why we created The Alliance Center.

Whether you’re trying for a baby, pregnant, postpartum, or years into motherhood, our groups, classes, and events are designed to make connection feel a little more natural—and a lot less intimidating.

If you’re looking for new friends in the area, come on in.

Share this with someone who could use a local village, too. 🤍
