❓❓Should I use the water flosser before or after brushing?? 🤔

We recommend using before brushing. Place warm water in the machine. Turn it on and make sure the water line is flushed before start using. Place it in your mouth and then turn on the machine. Place the tip at the gum line and slowly go around the gum line and allow water have time to flush the bacteria out. Do this at least once a day especially at night time. My family has been using DrJen Triple paste. They make tooth paste without fluoride also. Many other brands on market make it as well.

Here is what you need to keep in mind. Drink in moderation. Drink it in one seating and don’t slip throughout the day. This way it will prevent the sugar in the drinks to damage your teeth. Your mouth will become very acidic after eating and especially drinking carbonated sugary drinks. If you spit it all day long, you will increase your risk for cavities.

Please wait 30 mins after eating and drinking to brush. This will also help prevent brush damage to your teeth.
